Drop-In Visits

I am very pleased to offer drop-in visits to women and couples in Boston, MA!

My Cat-Nanny Services Include:

  • Cat care : daily feeding/water, litter cleaning, playtime, and plenty of cuddles!
  • Special Cat care : administering meds, eye-drops, pills, keeping an eye out for dominant behavior ((eg. one kitty eating the other’s food))-and yes, I have experience with all of the above!
  • Home Care : Watering plants, bringing in paper mail and small / light parcels.

  • Text updates on kitty with photos
  • Fully Insured service so that all parties are protected!

Pricing:

$35-30 Minute drop-in visit (up to 2x per day for select neighborhoods)

$65-One hour drop-in visit (1x per day)

Pricing includes up to 2 cats with +$5 per visit for each additional cat. Homes with 3+ cats must book a minimum one hour visit per day. Kittens may require up to 2 visits per day.

*Administering medication that is not to be mixed in with food (eg. direct pilling, eye drops, inhaler) may incur an additional charge in some cases. Please contact me for more details.

In-Home Meet & Greet for new clients is $35. This is a one-time orientation fee.

Sundays & Holidays: 25% surcharge per visit on Sundays and Holidays.

Rush Bookings: Additional 25% surcharge on the orientation and total booking price. A request is considered a ‘rush booking’ when the start date of the cat-sit is made within 7 days of the initial request for a New Client, or within 4 days for an existing client.

*Please note that most of the above listed neighborhoods receive 1x daily drop-in service. I only offer 2x/day drop-in visits for select homes within the Lower Roxbury region, highlighted in the map below. If you would like to guarantee your cat a minimum of 14-16 hours of daily purrsonal care while you’re away, please consider booking my live-in service!

Weather & Accessibility

I am unable to guarantee drop-in service during extreme weather which poses a safety risk. I do my best to schedule my drop-ins before or after poor weather on any given day.

As weather is not something I can predict more than a couple of days in advance (at best), refunds to reserve my availability for drop-in visits cannot be granted in case a storm or any unsafe weather condition prevents me from traveling to your home at any given day or time.

If you would like to guarantee my availability to your kitties regardless of weather, please consider booking me for my live-in service. I appreciate your understanding.

How To Book Me:

Step 1: Send a Request.

Please reach out via my contact form to share details about your request. I will reach back to you within 2 business days. Please reach out in advance, when possible. Rush bookings can be accommodated, but will incur additional fees.

Step 2: Initial Phone Call.

If I am available to care for your kitties, we will schedule a complimentary 15 min. video call to get acquainted. If we have already met, we can skip this step!

Step 3: In-Purrson Orientation.

We schedule an in-home orientation visit for me to get further acquainted with you, your home, and kitty. This is where I familiarize myself with important cat-care guidelines, and protocols.

The orientation fee is $35. This is a one-time fee for new clients, paid in advance of your booking. Returning clients who have undergone major changes in their household or pet family that require more in-depth walkthroughs (beyond just leaving a note) may also request a 2nd orientation visit.

Step 4: Paperwork.

To confirm the booking, sign the pet-care agreement and make a deposit. A 25% deposit is required to secure my dates. For rush bookings, a 50% deposit is required for reservation. The remainder is due by the beginning of the sit. All deposits are non-refundable, and may be deducted from the total cost of the sit.

I will also send you a digital document to fill out important guidelines on your home and petcare, including emergency contacts, vet details, etc. so that I have everything I need on file for this visit. Returning clients are welcome to update this document on an as-needed basis.

Step 5: Relax!

The process is complete, and your kitties are all set for your trip. From here, I will keep you updated on my visits with photos, and we will be in touch to share important details before and during the sit.
